Uptown Funk Gonna Give It To Ya

Can You Dig It?

This style post is dedicated to some of my favorite fashion and style trends of the 70’s, bold prints, high-waist jeans and statement boots. It’s okay to find yourself totally inspired by the past, don’t be afraid to embrace an era beyond your years. Style outlives any and every era there is. This year a strong wave of vintage trends have emerged from the roaring 70’s but not everyone has taken to it. However, if you do feel the urge to indulge, the secret weapon is to wear your confidence on your sleeves, you’ll be surprised how far that act will get you, especially in fashion.

P.S YES that’s my real hair grown from my scalp and yes I’ve only been natural about a year and a half.

This was a serious H&M haul. The jeans were from their Summer vintage collection, the turtle neck top from their last fall collection and my purse was from the accessories isle. My shoes were a steal of a deal from the Steve Madden x Peace Love Shea collection (I got them on sale). Peace Love Shea is fashion blog run by Marie Shea who is a top fashion influencer . The blogger collaborated with Steve Madden to bring out a great collection of shoes last fall and I absolutely LOVE these Suede with dyed cow fur booties. They are literally my favorite pair of shoes now.
