I saw a similar skirt like this on the runway at New York Fashion Week in September. I actually saw a lot of these shear inserts and nude illusions for spring lines. I am obsessing over these Express high waist, flared skirts. I wore this women's high waist sheer inset pleated skirt with a crop top today to show off the waist line. These skirts are so classy. I feel like I've been thrown into a 40's movie. This sheer inset is just pleasing to the eye and keeps you wanting more. It's a tease! Thank you Express for giving me real fashion at an affordable price!
