Seventh Generation Skin Serum

serum2 Today I want to share my experience with using Seventh Generation Skin Serum for the 7days. For full disclosure purposes I want to say that I received a free sample of this product from Lucky and Seventh Generation for use in connection with this blog. There are 6 different types of skin boosting serums, I was sent the Hydrating Boost. You can see all the different type of serum boost here.

Some of my concerns before trying this product was that it would make my skin greasy looking or oily and that it would irritate my skin. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I have been applying one pump to a cleansed face morning and evening. Things that I’ve loved: It has made my skin seem brighter & softer, my makeup application has been smoother while using the serum, and I only needed a small amount to cover my whole face. Another major plus was that it has not irritated my skin to date. A couple things I wasn’t crazy about: mixing it with my moisturizer like the box suggested; I found this combination a greasy mess. Also I found the product took longer to absorb than my normal moisturizer which slowed down my makeup routine just a little.

Below is a picture where you can see my skin appears clearer and brighter. My makeup is also still in tact after 8 hours of wear, I would consider this serum one of my #AllNaturalStyleSecrets

Over all I was impressed with this product and would really like to try the Clearing Boost as acne is more of problem for me than dry skin.
