Finally it looks like Summer is upon us and easy breezy outfits are my favorite to wear in the high temperatures. Something as simple as a blouse and a skirt. Skirts of any length in a light fabric are my favorite summer staple.

I like to hold on to clothes I bought years ago and take good care of them. Yet, after all of this endeavor, I often wake up in the morning with no clothes to wear! Lately, though I also think of them as something of a keepsake for my daughter and something she could call vintage. Another reason to celebrate a daughter besides all the joy and entertainment (yes, my LO is a full package) she brings into my life.

In today's outfit, I am wearing a pink blouse with a printed chiffon skirt. I have finished the outfit with a aztec print bag, a beaded necklace and cross strap sandals.
