I got this bright white A line midi skirt over a month ago, but was struggling to find the perfect top to go with it. Nothing in my closet seemed to work! But a coworker gave me a $25 Express a few weeks ago, and I decided to pop online and check out their top selection. Paired with my favorite tie-up espadrilles, a coral clutch and some bangles, this outfit is the perfect mix of elegant, preppy, springy and comfortable.
