As important as it is to own a Little Black Dress (LBD) for all cocktail occasions, is it my belief to have a Little White Dress handy for all daytime summer functions. It's an effortless ensemble that creates an elegant look and therefore, one of my favorite summer staples. The simple, classic style of a LWD is always my answer to any dress drama experienced this season. I can say with full confidence that I will have this LC Lauren Conrad eyelet number on repeat throughout the summer season!

In anticipation of summertime festivities and excuses to wear this dress, I've already began brainstorming a "Summer To-Do List" for this year. Being my second summer here in Raleigh, my main focus is to embrace some of the Southern culture. So far on my list is: Go to a country concert (preferably Luke Bryan - swoon!), attend an outdoor festival of some kind, and eat at Cook Out (this dress probably wouldn't be appropriate, but I hear their milkshakes are amazing).
