When I think of natural, I think of healthy. Healthy skin and hair are the building blocks for effortless style.
I’ve recently adopted a vegan diet for my health–not to mention for all the hair and skin benefits a plant-centric diet provides. I’ve also made a point to take better care of my skin in my twenties (a crucial time to ensure our young skin will keep looking young), using more sunscreen and moisturizer. 4. Maybelline Volum’ Express Cat Eyes mascara, my favorite drugstore eye makeup, adds a touch of glam to an all-natural look. I never leave the house without appliying a few swipes!
