#AllNaturalStyleSecrets: Seventh Generation Skin Boosting Serums

Hi All!

So, I recently had the opportunity to try one of Seventh Generation’s brand new line of Natural Skin-Boosting Serum! Seventh Generation and Lucky Community teamed up to a campaign called “All Natural Style Secrets.”

Seventh Generation natural serums contain pure active botanicals that are known to have powerful skin effects. These serums absorb quickly; are free of parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances; are clinically proven hypoallergenic, won’t clog pores, and are USDA Certified Biobased. There are 6 different serums used for different skin care needs:

  • Hydrating: Restores Moisture Balance with Jojoba Oil
  • Soothing: Calms and Relieves with Oat Extract
  • Clearing: Reduces Impurities with Tea Tree Oil
  • Firming: Strengthens & Tones with Baobob
  • Revitalizing: Smoothes Fines Lines with Rosehip
  • Protecting: Defends Against the Elements with Prickly Pear

The serum I received was their Revitalizing Natural Skin Serum with Rosehip which is used for smoothing fine lines. The ingredients are as follows: Carrier Oil (Apricot, Almond, and Grapeseed Oil), Tamanu, Rosehip Oil, Rosemary Extract, Vanilla, & Balsam.

I am going to be honest…at first I was pretty weary of putting the serum on my face because my face is naturally oily and I didn’t want to look like a grease ball. I tried it and ended up really liking it. The first day I tried it with only using toner and the serum on my face with minimal eye make-up. My skin felt a little oily at first but after my skin absorbed the serum it felt great for the rest of the day. The days after I used will full make-up. I have yet to try it with using a moisturizer, but I don’t think I ever will. The serum itself was really moisturizing. It is recommended that you either use the serums alone or mixing it with another Seventh Generation personal care product.

If you are interested in learning more about these serum or any other products from Seventh Generation definitely check out their website. These serums are exclusively available in Walgreens and sell at a suggested retail price of $14.99.
