Love the concept of a casual day which is exactly what I was feeling when I put this outfit together. The epitome of casual (and comfy) is a warm sweater and a pair of boyfriend jeans. These jeans are extra slouchy so I put them with heels for a bit of height and a more polished yet still casual look.
What I really want to talk about though is the crossbody bag. It's such a convenient accessory, it leaves you hands free with all of your valuables just at your waistline. I have a few different crossbody bags and I know I can't live without them. They're perfect for running errands or a long day trip. I wore this outfit to the shore last sunday for a day of walking in and out of local town shops and grabbing a bite to eat. It forced me to downsize what I usually carry but that was a good thing. All day I didn't have to worry about holding too much or having to put my bag down and forget it somewhere.
