One of my all time favorite games while growing up was Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego.  Not only was she a badass that could allude the law and wreak some havoc, but she also had the best coat and boots in the game. Here's my ode to her in my big ole trench and brown knee high boots.  Wish I had those long cartoon gams though.
