Prior to receiving a bottle of Seventh Generation Boosts in the mail, I had never heard of the brand before. However, I’m always game to try something new so I was excited to give it a shot. The brand boasts several different formulas, including a clearing, a hydrating, revitalizing and firming, among others. I received the hydrating formula.

Now, typically I expect a serum to feel a bit heavier, and silicone-y, which I actually like (I know some people aren’t into that). However, this product wasn’t like that at all. I wouldn’t really consider it a serum, I’d consider it an oil, much like Josie Maran’s Argan Oil or Tarte’s Maracuja Oil. That being said, I am totally into that. I really like using an oil on my face, especially as colder weather approaches. This one felt really light to me, in a good way, and smelled super yummy. I’ve been using it nightly after washing my face and I’m totally into it so far. It hasn’t made me break out at all, and it’s definitely taken care of any dry patches I had.

The bottle is a good size, and I really like the formula so far. The brand can be found at Walgreens and I will definitely be considering purchasing another bottle after mine runs out!
