Who can go wrong with a pastel midi length skirt? A little feminine, a little flirty. It's the perfect combination of showing off your style while still being sophisticated. The hemline of the season doesn't seem to be going anywhere and I'm LOVING IT. I always add a cropped shirt or sweater on top to even out the proportions of the outfit.

For me, this is one of my go-to outfits to wear on a job interview. You're covered up, classy, and look professional. Add a different pop of color (like blue!) on the heel and you're ready to impress.
