Happy
Monday everyone ! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend, I sure did and now I'm super excited to be back at University/work and to kick-off the semester with a new fun style story ;)
I’ve been
sharing a lot of Miami SWIM week related content lately and I kind of wanted to
get back to my current situation for a little bit so today, I want to share with you the
first part of a cool two-pieces story I worked on a few days ago. You might
have already heard of her, Julia from The 26th Look blog, who
launched a little less than a year ago her namesake online boutique, Shop the 26thLook. Ever since, she curates from season to season, über-trendy pieces
manufactured abroad that suit to perfection her amazing sense of style and bold personality, and sells everything for
unbelievably cool prices on her online store. I’ve been myself having the best
time lately, browsing her e-store, on the look out for some super original
pieces and I have found a few I now couldn’t possibly live without ;) This bright pink romper, for instance…
As soon as
I spotted it online, I knew it was going to be perfect for this trip. I mean, doesn’t it loudly screams Miami ?! I scored this brilliant piece during the
Holiday sales Shop the 26th Look held a little while ago,
along with some other dope stuff I am dying to share with you. But first, the
so-called ‘Pink Crush’ onepiece ;)
I love the vibrant colour of this romper and since it is monochrome, you can pretty much style it easily with anything, which is why I decide to work on a "1 piece 2 looks " type of story. Here I dressed it down with my favourite sneakers of the moment, a pair of all-white classic K-Swiss luxury edition sneakers, which basically set the tone for this outfit's accessory department. I broke-off the monochrome bright vibe of the romper by tying a white cashmere sweater around my waist and completed the look with some silver Pandora bangles and my beloved Furla soft white Saffiano leather mini 'Jucca' tote.
Thoughts ? How would you have dressed down this romper ?
