I don't do mini-skirts and bare legs anymore (ladies of a certain age have to hang it up at some point) but I will do a mini-skirt with LONG FRINGE and bare legs. I was crawling out of my skin when I saw this skirt on the Forever 21 website. Amazing! It looks expensive without being so and I found it very easy to style with pieces already in my wardrobe. And without getting too far ahead of myself (and the seasons), I think this skirt will make a wonderful transition piece as fall arrives. Wait and see!
