For a night on the town, I recently wore this cold-shoulder dress that I bought from Tobi. I don't normally spring for plain dresses, but the shoulder detail was captivating enough to convince me that this was the right dress to wear! The cobalt hue never goes out of style, and I used the fact that this dress is plain to my advantage by pairing it with my domino clutch.
