I don't know what is cooler about this particular distressed denim: the jeans in general or the fact that my very talented mother D.I.Y'd them herself in her 20's. *moment on silence* I'm 20.... & the closest I come to making my jeans look 'cooler' is a simple cut in the knees. I may have inherited her sense of style, but unfortunately the ability to make the coolest jeans I have ever put on stayed behind.  (give me a batch of cookies & I can devour them in one go. let's consider that my special talent)

When I look at these and realize how vintage they are makes it even more clear that things just continue to come back around in style. High waist & distressed. That was clearly common then, and is extremely common now. Alright, that's it. I'm never getting rid of anything. I'm gonna need a bigger closet.
