With spring approaching and pink naturally being a prominent color this season, I was inspired to wear this pink tulle midi skirt. I've recently seen tulle skirts in all shapes beginning to trend, and although it is a fashion risk I felt daring enough to try it. Plus I thought it looked pretty cool and it reminded me of carrie bradshaw.

I'll admit that styling this skirt was a huge challenge. I tried many different combinations of tops and shoes before deciding on this look. The skirt is dainty, romantic and very poofy so I wanted to look classic and chic without looking like a child ready for ballet class. This sweater crop top did just the trick, and it just happened to be in a pink tone. I didn't expect to end up wearing pink on pink but I liked the look of the both end spectrum's of pink being paired together. Heels of course were a must and the combination of cobalt with the lucite heel added a pop to the look.
