Hey, everyone! This look is very '90s, featuring a choker, a crop top, a scrunchie, and a Clueless-inspired ice blue fuzzy skirt. I wore my Doc Martens with this look, a staple shoe of the '90s and 2010s! I surprisingly wasn't too hot in the fuzzy skirt, so this look is totally summer friendly.
