Apart from holding sentimental value for being my first retail job, LOFT has become one of my favorite stores to shop. They specialize in turning everyday and ordinary silhouettes into more fun and conversational clothes. All of my LOFT purchases have been well worth the money that was spent, as I've worn them to bare threads. Like the cherry on top of an icecream sundae, the pièce de résistance of their clothes are the affordability and wearability. Each time I get lost in my closet, I find my eyes always rest on the LOFT pieces I have held on to. I knew immediately when I saw this brightly colored, Aztec printed wrap that it would be an item that would shine out from my racks of clothes like a beacon.
Lightweight wraps like this one are my favorite item to have for fall - especially when they come in an irresistible color. It's that perfect extra layer that can easily transform a look from being too understated to really stylish - and provide extra warmth when needed. I can just as easily see it worn for dressier occasions too. Take a cream, silk slip dress with a minimalist golden choker, strappy heels and a slicked back low bun and belt this wrap over top with a thick 3 inch vintage belt...

Even in the cooler spring months, this will be so easy to wear with a simple loose white tee, distressed boyfriend jeans and Nikes when I'm running errands or meeting up with friends for coffee. Tousled hair, oversized sunglasses... yep, I can already picture it.
Find ways to wear what you love for all sorts of occasions. Don't be afraid to risk it a little, explore the ways you can take something from day to night or make something that's casual and everyday and turn it into something fanciful. Ultimately, make it yours.
