Well mama is getting ready to be upset with me because I am sharing some secrets that makes me happy, healthy and dare I say PRETTY!

Tip #1: Eat Clean and Limit Processed Foods

Maintain a diet that is at least 85% clear of processed foods, fried foods, and junk. When I am eating clean I feel better. When I am eating clean I look better. When I am eating clean I have more energy. When I am eating clean my hair is fuller and grows faster. When I am eating clean my skin looks rosy and fresh. Toss out that cookie and grab a carrot pretty girl! This makes me wonder why I ever fall off the bandwagon. Tip #2: Make Time to Work Out and Decompress

Making time to workout and decompress is a great natural secret. A girl looks better and feel better when she makes time for physical activity and spirtual awareness. When I work out I have tons of energy and a clear mind. During my workouts I get the opportunity to burn stress, pray, mediate, and reflect. Your heart and mind will thank you. Gone and get that natural blush girl……working out does wonders for your skin!

Tip #3: Condition Washing or Co-Washing and Understanding WATER is your FRIEND!

I am a newly natural. I have been natural for almost 2 years after having a relaxer for over 20 years. Growing up I was taught water was not a good thing. I was taught that we are not to wash our hair alot because it would dry it out. I am here to tell you that WATER is your very best friend. My hair loves water and I co-wash almost daily.
