Searching for and styling the right holiday outfit is one of my favorite things to plan and figure out. In years past I've been quite the traditionalist on the 4th of July; wearing a mix-matched combination of red, white and blue. However, it was when I saw this BCBGMaxazria microfringe suede dress hanging from the end of a rack at Saks Fifth Avenue when I decided to go for a more transitional Patriotic palette that could go far beyond the 4th. I twirled around in the dressing room feeling like an explosion of fireworks - knowing full well that I had found the epitome of party dresses.
