​Half of my Eurotrip saw me wearing this kind of preppy and slightly masculine look, due to a limited wardrobe which resulted in me borrowing some shirts and sweaters from my boyfriend – Mr P. I always tried to add a little femininity to the outfit through the use of bold lipsticks, necklaces or a jacket. 

My new and very first leather jacket was the perfect piece to complete this look and add a little femininity with its gorgeous little ruffles at the back. I’ve been looking for the perfect leather jacket for a while now and didn’t want to settle for something I didn’t love - it had to be classic, simple and "me" and I found exactly that at the Zara sale in Paris! 

What better place to show off this perfect new addition to my wardrobe then at the incredible Palace of Versailles? Although the weather was overcast and at times rainy, walking through the immaculately trimmed gardens and the opulent rooms of the palace brought me back to my seven year old self and allowed me to simply reflect on the beauty and decadence of this incredible place, whilst my new leather jacket kept me wonderfully warm.
